Switch to solar with no upfront cost. Our fully-funded PPA means you get a complete solar PV system—designed, installed, and maintained by us—for £0 capital expenditure. You simply buy the clean energy you use at a fixed, low rate.

A PPA is more than just an installation; it’s a long-term energy partnership. We handle the entire process—from design and funding to our in-house installation and 25-year maintenance—at zero cost to you. You get all the benefits of solar energy, including instant savings and enhanced sustainability, while we fully manage the asset.
We designed and installed a bespoke 70 kWp system for a major logistics client. The system is now offsetting over 60% of their daytime energy usage, drastically cutting operational costs and protecting them from future price rises.
With UK energy prices remaining unpredictable, there’s never been a better time to take control of your costs. A commercial solar PV system is a strategic asset and investment in renewable energy. Our in-house, accredited experts design and install bespoke solutions that deliver a strong return on investment, tangible bill savings, and long-term energy security for your organisation.
Don’t just reduce your daytime bills—eliminate them. By adding our bespoke battery storage to your commercial solar PV system, you can store your free, clean solar electricity. Use it to power your operations during expensive evening peak hours, achieve 24/7 energy independence, and protect your business from costly power cuts.
Through our fully-funded Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), your business can benefit from clean, cheaper electricity with no capital outlay. We handle the installation, maintenance, and management of the system. You simply purchase the solar energy generated at a fixed, lower rate than your current supplier, delivering immediate savings to your bottom line.
Have questions about making the switch to commercial solar? We have the answers. Find information on some of our most common queries below. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, our team is always on hand to help.
There is no one-size-fits-all price. The final cost depends on several factors, including the size of the system (kWp), the number of panels, the type of equipment used, the complexity of the installation, and your building’s roof structure. We provide a detailed, transparent quote after an initial consultation and desktop report.
In some circumstances you may find that your business lacks sufficient roof space for a commercial solar installation, in which case we can explore other alternatives such as using ground-mounted panels, using more efficient panels, or installing in other areas of the property such as flat roofs. This will usually add to the cost.
If you move premises or sell your business, it is possible with our approval to transfer the PPA to the new owner or tenant who would take over the contract. We would have to approve the new owner/tenant and be satisfied that they have the financial capability to make the PPA payments.
If the new owner does not want to take over the PPA, or the agreement is making any potential property sale difficult, you could buy the system outright, in which case the solar array becomes an asset and part of any property sale.
We do not buy the energy back from you if there is excess. We will look to optimise the system size, to ensure there is no wasted energy being transferred back to your supplier.
Installing solar panels offers several benefits including:
Reduced electricity bills: Solar panels generate clean, renewable energy from the sun, which can significantly lower your electricity costs.
Environmentally friendly: Solar energy is a sustainable and green source of power that helps reduce carbon emissions and reliance on fossil fuels.
Energy independence: By generating your own electricity, you become less dependent on the grid, giving you more control over your energy consumption.
Financial incentives: Many incentives including tax breaks which can further enhance the financial benefits of solar installation.
Increased property value: Solar panels can increase the value of your business premises, making it more attractive to potential buyers.
