This project demonstrates the immense potential of utilizing industrial real estate for renewable generation. We deployed a massive system comprising 4,333 individual modules covering over 9,000 square meters of roof space, tailored specifically to meet the high energy demands of the manufacturing sector. The financial case is compelling: the system is forecasted to deliver a Year 1 saving of over £475,000, with lifetime savings estimated at nearly £14.8 million. Beyond the balance sheet, the installation significantly lowers the facility’s environmental footprint, achieving a carbon emissions reduction of over 2,400 tonnes, aligning operational success with sustainable stewardship.
